The Supreme Court has spoken with the Biden Administration and both camps seem to be in agreement that the U.S. Border Patrol agents to take out razor wire Texas officials who bring it all around in the Southern Border. All as the legality of the barriers can be, taken care of in court.
The majority had not been able to explain their rationale for dissolving an order from a lower court. Furthermore, the conservative judges, like Samuel A. Alito Jr., Justices Clarence Thomas, Neil M. Gorsuch and Brett M. Kavanaugh, would note their dissents with no explanation whatsoever.
As a result, the border has never been so hotly contested as the Texas Governor, Greg Abbott and the President Joe Biden administration has gone over the governor’s border crackdown, of Operation Lone Star. Such an instance comes through when the stakes couldn’t be higher. The Supreme Court has no choice but to reverse the conservative’s U.S. Court of Appeals for the 5th Circuit, which unfortunately, won’t address a recent move to hold control of Eagle Pass, while denying the Border Patrol as they try to handle all the migrants that inevitably get taken into dangerous custody.
There has been concerns for immigration and border security worries are usually the purview of the federal government. The Governor, Abbott, has even gone towards the point of mobilizing thousands of National Guard troops, as they go along the banks of the Rio Grande, close to Eagle pass with a razor wire which can in turn block illegal entries.
Regardless of the Supreme Court, the Border Patrol hasn’t planned to use the order to green light a removal of the razor wire barriers, given that if they don’t present a hazard. The agents are for the time being, overcoming any disputes about the wire fences, in a friendly manner.
